This workshop is aimed at heat users, technology providers, wood-fuel suppliers and other people who would like to find out more about the technical details and supports available through the Support Scheme for Renewable Heat (SSRH) which has been opened by the Irish Government this week.
Celignis presented ENABLING data collected in task 2.1 and 2.2 regarding feedstock availability and technologies. Though the workshop was focused on heat, Celignis educated the participants on how to use the feedstock for valuable products and use the residues for heat generation.
Celignis exhibited ENABLING poster and gave a talk to more than 100 audience. Celignis took part in panel discussion to identify the low energy density feedstock and energy alternative routes to generate revenue to the farmers and other stake holders.
Participants gained knowledge on compositional variation of different feedstock and relevant applications of different kinds of feedstock in the bioeconomy.
