The workshop was focused on vineyard and winery wastes. We have presented new researchers nd new ideas and technologies to deal with agricultural “wastes”. The uses of vineries’ residues was presented and some innovative ideas concerning new products developed from the residues were discussed.
We have invited farmers, people from industry, researchers and entrepreneurs and the discussions were directed to possibilities of new and innovative pathways for entrepreneurs.
Vineyard and winery residues are still the goal for investigation by researchers and entrepreneurs. One of the now companies in Israel using this residue to produce water with wine taste.
